Begin by pouring 2 tablespoons of olive oil into your pan and 2 medallions of Garlic Butter Sauce. Melt at medium low heat and mix until butter and olive oil are incorporated together.

Stir in the minced garlic and sauté until the garlic become heated and fragrant. (This should take about 90 seconds.)

Then add in your shrimp and sauté in your garlic butter sauce until the shrimp starts to curl and become pink.

Pro Tip: Sauté your shrimp for only about 6 minutes total (about 3 minutes each side). Any longer and you risk having overcooked, rubbery shrimp.

Next, just before removing from the heat, squeeze in about 1/2 a lemons worth of juice and mix well. (Also, as an option, add in a bit of Madeira wine to give the dish a slightly sweet caramel-ish taste.)

Lastly, sprinkle some minced parsley on top, remove from heat – plate and serve!
