Start by cutting your whole pineapple into long spears.

Lay them out, baste them with a light layer of unsalted butter (melted) and dash each pineapple spear with Tajin.

Next, heat your grill to 500°F and lay your pineapple spears directly on the grill grates.

Let them grill, turning once, for about 4-6 minutes on each side – until the pineapple spears develop some nice char lines.
